Guilherme (Guil) Amorim

I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am primarily interested in Health, Public and Labor Economics. In my research I use causal inference methods paired with Brazilian administrative data to study the micro-dynamics between labor markets and health; and to understand the impacts of federal policy on public health and health care. I also teach/have taught courses on public economics, health economics, and statistics/econometrics as a stand-alone instructor.
